Natalie, Karen, Liz, Amy and Charlotte are local mums who have in common that they run their own businesses aimed at mums-to-be and mums with new babies.

The team thought it would be great for the community to bring together local baby businesses and service providers all under one roof.

And so Epping Forest Baby was born back in 2015.

Natalie has three children. She is a Breast Feeding Peer supporter with a background in marketing and event management and is currently furthering her education as a breast feeding specialist.

Karen has two children. She co-directs Fit School in Epping and is a pre and post natal exercise expert, she’s also a writer, consultant and #thisgirlcanessex ambassador.

Liz has a daughter in pre-school. She runs Mum’s the Word Nanny agency in Epping. Following years as a nanny herself, Liz now matches nannies with families.

Amy has two boys, a toddler and a pre-schooler. Amy runs Button Social, an independent social media agency and is the brains behind all our social media.

Charlotte has a little girl and as well as working in London, Charlotte runs Basking Babies baby massage in Epping.

Between us we’re a busy bunch but believe in the power of support, networking and community – especially when it comes to parenting and new families.
