I am a self-taught cake maker based in Harlow.

My first cake was nearly 7 years ago for a colleague.

I really enjoyed making it but knew I could do better and I’ve made cakes for friends and family ever since.

From birthday to wedding cakes I have made a cake for almost every occasion, and with so many positive comments and feedback it was time to take things further.

This is when Cookies ‘n’ Cakes by Jody was born.
