Quicker and less painful labour, anyone?
Relaxation is important at all times in life, but especially during pregnancy.
Practicing relaxations in preparation for giving birth means that your muscles can work more effectively in labour. This can lead to a calmer, quicker and less painful birth (hurrah!).
The course is full of strong antenatal knowledge and accompanied by relaxation techniques and many other tools to help you in labour, whatever your personal choices may be.
I would love to help you on your journey, and am always happy to have a chat and answer any questions you have.
