New to this year’s Epping Forest Baby Show is a full line up of advice and demonstrations.

Throughout the event we’ll have experts on hand to offer legal advice, particularly on maternity rights and returning to work after a baby. We’ll also have advice on all the local baby and toddler groups both offline and online via our Digital Mum Amy.

Here’s the current line up (although it is subject to alteration).

2.30pm Nanny or Nursery?

Let experts Liz Napthine (Essex branch of nanny agency Mum’s the Word and former Nanny) and Lesley Seville (Owner of Scribbles Day Nursery [rated Outstanding by Ofsted]) answer all your childcare questions.

2.45 What the **** is happening to my pregnant body?

Pre and post natal exercise expert and writer Karen Laing (Fit School Essex) will guide you through the major changes to your body during pregnancy and how exercise can help. Learn how to manage niggles like back pain to get you to labour and birth in the best shape possible.

Working mum or give it all up? What are your options?

Let employment law solicitor Jon Goldsworthy together with our resident childcare expert and life coach Shqiponja Jashari answer all your questions about returning to work after a baby or perhaps giving it all up.
