We’re delighted to have SV Sports Therapy join the Epping Forest Baby Show for 2019.

The team at SV Sport Therapy specialise in sports massage.

They have a dedicated Pregnancy Therapy team treating pregnancy related conditions including SPD and sciatica.

Their brilliant pregnancy specialist Annabel has written about Symphisis Pubis Dysfunction (SPD), what it is, how to help and how massage therapy can work for some women.

Pregnancy Therapy and SPD

Available treatments include:​

  • Kinesiotape to support the lower back and provide relief from pelvic pain in pregnancy (SPD)

  • Pregnancy massage to relax the body and provide relief from aching muscles

  • Manual therapy to ensure spine, pelvis and hip joints are moving normally
